Q: What is your cancellation/return policy?
A: We’re 100% confident that you’ll love KMC Curriculum and will use it in your children’s ministry for years to come. Due to the digital nature of our products, once a series download link has been used, we can not offer refunds of any kind. If an order was placed by accident, and our digital copy protection service can validate that the download link has never been used, we can cancel the order and process a refund within 5 business days. If you are subscribed to one of our Digital Memberships, you can choose to cancel at any time. You will not be charged the following month and will lose access to all curriculum series in your membership portal.

Q: Is there any financial assistance for churches who can’t afford the subscription price?
A: Absolutely! We don’t want KMC curriculum to be cost-prohibitive for any church or ministry. If you cannot afford the subscription price, we’re happy to work with you. Just fill out our curriculum scholarship form and we’ll be in touch with you soon!

Q: Can I download a sample of the curriculum before I subscribe?
A: Sure! You can download a free sample from each individual curriculum series’ page.

Q: What makes KMC Curriculum great? Why should I spend my money on it?
A: Great question! It’s an elementary, preteen, and preschool curriculum that is fun and interactive. Each curriculum series includes two game options, funny skits, and theming for you to use in your ministry. It’s Biblically deep. It’s gospel-centered, goes deeper than your “average” kids ministry curriculum, and offers practical application to your kids. It’s easy to use! There’s no extra fluff, it’s quick to prepare, and leaves room to make it your own. In other words, it’s what you need, no more and no less. Bundle preschool and elementary to get a discount!

Q: Help! I’ve lost a download and I can’t find it. What do I do?
A: There are a couple ways you can re-gain access to the series you have purchased:
1. Log in to your account on our website and it should be listed in the Downloads section.
2. If you have a membership, select the Download link next to the membership and you should see everything there.
3. Use the Recover Order link on our website to have the download links re-sent to you automatically.
If none of these methods worked, please contact us.

Q: Is it okay for me to share/reuse the curriculum I receive with another church or ministry?
A: No. Please don’t do that. When you become a member (or purchase an individual curriculum series), you’re receiving a license to use our curriculum in your church or ministry only. The license does not authorize you to share, give, or sell it to anyone else outside of your church or ministry. It’s a form of stealing. We are a non-profit organization and operate on a very small budget because we want to keep our prices as low as possible. If another church is interested in our materials, please direct them to this website. We offer a scholarship program to assist churches/ministries that cannot afford to pay for curriculum.

Q: What is included with each curriculum series?
A: We offer two categories of curriculum: Classic and New, which have different components.

Q: Do I have to use the curriculum in the order it’s released?
A: Nope! Not at all! The scope and sequence is really just a release schedule. You can download it to your computer and teach it whenever you want. Next month, next year, whenever.

Q: I just signed up as a member, but I don’t see the series’ that are part of my membership. I only see the individual series’ I purchased before I became a member. How do I access the curriculum that’s part of my membership?
A: When you’re logged into your account portal, you should see an item in your account that identifies the membership you paid for. Next to that item, there is a download link. Simply click this link to access the downloads that are part of your membership.

Q: How do I manage or cancel my membership?
A: First and foremost, we want to resource you and your church in the best way possible. If there’s something you’re not happy with, please let us know. We want to help! If finances have become a barrier to paying for the curriculum, please submit a scholarship request. We believe that finances should never be a barrier for kids to learn about Christ. If you truly do want to cancel, we’re sorry to see you go. When you’re logged into your account portal, you should see an item in your account that identifies the membership you paid for. Next to that item, there is a manage link. Simply click this link to manage your membership.
